Geoinformation for a smarter World

At the three-day CONFERENCE, around 100 speakers will report on the contribution geodesy and geoinformation are making to climate protection, the digitalization of the construction industry and the resilience of our cities. The challenges and requirements of cities are the focus of the CONFERENCE in the Smart City theme area. Climate protection and adaptation to climate change will deal with the roadmap for the climate and environmental policy challenges of our time - worldwide, at EU level, but especially at municipal level. A particular focus is the "EU Green Deal - Challenges for Land Management".

The INTERGEO CONFERENCE 2020 will focus on topics such as:

• Climate and geodesy – Research, models and predictions and thus climate change and Green Deal

• Smart cities – Sustainable housing, living and working

• Digital building and BIM / Digital construction

• Digital trends in public surveying (Smart Mapping, Multi-GNSS, Geoinformation 4.0, ...)
