Ninth World Urban Forum, Kuala Lumpur

From 7-13 February, the ninth World Urban Forum (WUF9) will take place in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The theme of this edition is "Cities 2030, Cities for all: Implementing the New Urban Agenda".  It will be the first session to focus on the implementation of the New Urban Agenda adopted at Habitat III.

During the forum, there will be various activities, such as networking events, urban talks, dialogues and training events. Policy-makers, local government leaders, non-governmental organisations and expert practitioners in the field of sustainable urban development and human settlements will interact and discuss, amongst other things, the implementation of the New Urban Agenda.
