COVID-19: Polis launches portal to showcase how cities are Keeping Things Moving
As the COVID-19 pandemic unfolds, local authorities are stepping forward into the front lines. This crisis is being tackled in our hospitals, but also in our streets and plazas, on our buses, trains and subways.
Polis is helping cities and regions navigate these difficult times. To help Polis members and other interested cities and regions, the Network of Cities and Regions on Transport Innovation is collecting examples of how local authorities in Europe and further afield are keeping things moving despite the COVID-19 crisis.
Keeping Things Moving features content on various themes, including how public transport offerings can be altered and run safely to serve essential workers, how city street space can be adapted to respond to the pandemic, and what lessons we can learn for mobility in the aftermath of COVID19.
