Cities of Equality

Cities of Equality and Inclusion of Migrants and Refugees Partnerships strengthen collaboration on urban equality and social cohesion

The Inclusion of Migrants and Refugees (IMR) Partnership of the Urban Agenda for the European Union met in Milan from 21 to 23 October 2025. The meeting, which combined a study visit to the Milan Welcome Centre and a partnership session, offered a new opportunity to deepen cooperation with the Cities of Equality Partnership and identify concrete avenues for joint work.

Greening Cities

From evidence to investment for urban nature: the Greening Cities Partnership at the European Week of Regions and Cities 2025

In October 2025, the Urban Agenda for the EU Partnership on Greening Cities hosted two dynamic sessions at the European Week of Regions and Cities in Brussels, spotlighting how cities can turn data into action and nature into investment. Across two days, the discussions brought together experts, policy makers and city representatives, offering concrete examples and emerging methodologies to accelerate the transition towards greener, more resilient urban environments.
